As a result of the technology we use every day, from computer keyboards to phones, our bodies are experiencing new physical ailments and new causes of pain. The postures we have adopted, at work, at home, and at play, force our body out of alignment, and causes any number of physical pains and problems, including carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, and many other physical problems. However, we are not forced to endure this pain forever.
